You download the whole pack, so you simply pick the file your machine reads.

The files you already downloaded are yours — they stay on your computer and you can keep stitching them. What ends is access to the catalogue and to new downloads. Our advice: keep your files backed up somewhere of your own, the same as any other download.

Use of the designs is governed by the licence in our terms of service, which covers what you may and may not do with the files. Read it before selling finished items, and if your case is not clear write to us and we will confirm it in writing.

No. Your quota resets at the start of each billing cycle, so downloads you did not use are not carried over. Choose the plan that matches what you actually stitch each month — you can change it whenever you like.

Yes. Every download counts against your monthly quota, including a design you downloaded before. So when you download a pack, save it properly the first time — that way you will not spend quota twice on the same design.

The available sizes are listed on each design page, so you can check they fit your hoop before downloading. Sizes vary by design because each one is digitised for the hoops it actually stitches well in.

No. You download a ZIP, unzip it and load the file your machine uses via USB, card or cable — whatever your machine normally takes. No extra program to buy, no subscription to any editor.

Small adjustments are usually fine, but stitch density is calculated for the size the design was digitised at. Scaling a lot up or down changes that density and the result suffers. That is exactly why we provide several sizes per design — start from the closest one.

Sign in and go to your account. You can download from any design page, and everything you take is listed under My Downloads with your remaining quota for the month always visible.

Write to us with the design and what happened. We answer in 5 languages and priority support is included in the Pro and Studio plans. If something is wrong with a file, we want to know and fix it.

Individually each design costs around €3. With Pro you download 50 a month for €29.99 — less than what 10 of them would cost separately. If you stitch regularly, the subscription pays for itself in a handful of downloads.

Card via Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card number: payment is handled entirely by the provider, on their systems.

Yes — the subscription is personal, and the files you download can be used on your own machines. What is not allowed is sharing your account or redistributing the files to other people.
