Terms and conditions of sale

We sell downloadable digital embroidery files. No physical product is shipped.

Prices are shown in euros. Applicable taxes (VAT/OSS depending on the buyer’s country) are reflected as appropriate during checkout.

Payment is made by card (Stripe) or PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, the download is available immediately and links are emailed to you.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital content supplied immediately once the consumer has expressly consented to the download beginning and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

By completing the purchase of a downloadable product, the buyer expressly agrees to these terms and to immediate performance, waiving the right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

Purchase grants a licence to use the design for personal and small-business projects unless stated otherwise. Redistribution, resale or sharing of the files is not permitted.

If a file fails to download or is defective, contact us and we will resolve it (re-sending the file or, where the fault is attributable to us, a refund).

These terms are governed by Spanish law; competent courts: Zaragoza. EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
